Jacob did a phenomenal job. He was polite, professional, and provided realistic expectations for what he could do. Even still, he blew away those expectations with his attention to detail, and also put my mind at ease - I was super self-conscious at the state of my car, which had never been professionally detailed in the 7+ years I'd owned it. It's like new!! 100% recommend.

After accidentally hitting my neighbor's car and RV with overspray paint, I was in trouble. I contacted Dapper Boys and spoke to Nicholas. He understood the problem and offered a solution. He came out the very next day and spent about 5 hours cleaning up my mess. He did a fantastic job and stuck around until the neighbors completely signed off on his work. He was very thorough, professional, communicative, and prompt. He kept me updated on his ETA and his progress. I can't recommend him enough. If you need detailing service, call Dapper Boys. Jacob did an incredible job with my Land Cruiser. I have a 2018 LC and it looks brand new after this detail. Jacob is meticulous with his cleaning. He goes above and beyond, both inside and out. Edgar is the best detailer!

Not the best. Communication is good, but the work is not. Wheels, inside doors and kick panels still had dirt. I was able to wipe them off with my finger easily. I paid for an exterior and interior detail. The work was completed in about four hours. Way too fast in my opinion. It took me about 6 hours to fully detail just the interior of my Ford Flex. I paid $299 plus $40 tip. I was at work when the detail happened so I was not able to inspect the workmanship. On top of that you have to supply them with water and power. Update: Changed my review to a 5 star because of Zach! He reached out right away and wanted to make the situation right. Zach scheduled us in, came out and gave our car the detail it needed. Very impressed with his work! He was extremely professional and his customer service is top notch. Every company needs an employee/manager like this. Thanks for coming out to make it right. We’ll definitely use Dapper in the future.

Jacob our detailer was fantastic! He put in such great effort and detail into getting our Tesla looking brand new- including very tedious hard water stain removal. He was happy to give us lots of advice on hour to keep our car at its best between detailing. Would 10/10 recommend dapper and Jacob specifically!
